We were able to lower about half of what's remaining in the east section of the Parking Lot Garden. Slow digging because of yesterday's rain. We placed two bags of 1 1/2 inch rock around each drain to minimize soil getting washed away. Also, we placed more soil down the centre section. We'll see tomorrow if we have enough soil for the entire garden. I had estimated 4 inches deep. If that is insufficient, then I shall remember to allow for a 6 inch depth of soil for all future areas that we dig.
